Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to manage workshop capacity effectively.
- 48+ hours before workshop: Full refund available
- 24-48 hours before: 50% refund available
- Less than 24 hours: No refund, but you may reschedule to another available date
Farm Cancellations
Crestridge Farm may need to cancel workshops due to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Instructor illness or emergency
- Insufficient enrollment (minimum 2 participants required)
- Other circumstances beyond our control
In case of farm-initiated cancellations, participants will receive a full refund or may reschedule to another available date at no additional cost.
How to Cancel
To cancel your workshop booking:
- Log into your account and visit your booking history
- Email us at info@crestridgefarm.com with your booking details
- Call us at (123) 456-7890
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method used for booking.
